The number varies from leader to leader. Everyone has his own satisfactions level. Few thinks 5 good and active ones are enough to get going few thinks 10 is the minimum number. I would suggest few points to consider before reassigning
1. If you get and good and quality affiliates early in your business do not hesitate to reassign him affiliates even you have only few. Because you will rarely find them. So once you start rewarding he will perform better. This will keep your team in a right way.
2. If you want to reassign just for the shake of reassigning, then you always have your inactive affiliates. But thats not at all in the spirit of business or reward.
3. If you really want to reassign quality affiliates to down line then just ensure you got atleast 5 good affiliates under you who can make you to BTL atleast every month. Then you can start reassigning.
