I would give a very blunt answer,
Have you read the SFI compensation package?
If the answer is YES, I would tell them to see a psychiatrist as they obviously need their head examined.
If they said NO I would ask them why they bothered getting out of bed this morning, see a psychiatrist as they obviously need their head examined.
