I would tell them that SFI is the best job place where freedom is insured that everybody should go for it. No boss except you for yourself. Once you join SFI and start working with it you become out of circle of influence of others. You work at your own time and schedule. Exploit your skill and effort for yourself and get paid.
To work with SFI I would advice to them the followings. Since they have to develop their skill, they need to visit the following sites frequently then from which they can learn a lot and build their capacity to run the business.

In Addition I would provide the print out hard copies of notes and handouts to affiliates if they are close to me and find physically.
