If somebody loses confidence in SFI it's unfortunately most due to being unsuccessful and feeling unsupported by their sponsor. I believe that the fact you are informed about your affiliate considering giving up is really a cry for some personal attention and guidance. By making an effort to come across as a personally involved sponsor as opposed to a highly successful,unreachable example, you can help someone stay on course.
Keep it personal and be grateful that you are given another opportunity. It's just as possible to simply Opt Out.
