I follow the rule with my team of keeping it simple, doing the basic and I send them the link to the compensation Plan when they first start so they understand the possibilites that are there for them to take advantage of and build a successful business. I also suggest they be consistent and follow the lessons in launchpad. As I am fairly new to SFI I have managed to become a Bronze Team Leader quite quickly and have encouraged my team to becomes EA's quickly as w tell and to duplicate the business. I know I am still learning but as I learn then so does my team and we all work together as a team and become successful together. I also make a point of getting my team to do their daily tasks and follow thier To Do list which has many helpful tools in it that guide them through the process.
To sum it up they have a copy of the compensation plan but also a plan that is made simple to earn the income set out in the compensation plan
