As a Team Leader, if I see an Affiliate not logging in regularly or at least 4 times a week, I will send him/her a reminder, this might be a sign of lack of motivation and eventually giving up on SFI. I will let him know the importance of moving forward everyday, no matter how small or it might seem insignificant the work that is to be done as a part of learning the SFI business.
I will show him/her the benefits of being consistent, loyal and committed of doing the day-to-day SFI activities.As outlined in the SFI homepage, reaching the highest level of a team leader (Platinum) has its reward.
Every effort counts, giving up is not an option, if we are to succeed.
