First thing you need to do is identify the reason why the particular affiliate wants to Quit. The following could be the reasons.
1. Your affiliate joined the business thinking they could earn big income quick and hence they are disappointed with the business. Ask them to go through the Launchpad and if they are not convinced let them go, they will always be a burden even if they stay.
2. Your affiliate is not able to grasp the business or lacks experience in building their Team. Your duty is to help them understand the business ask them questions make them ask you questions too. This will help you understand the area of problem they are facing. b. Always have a bidding budget before starting to bid.
