First of all you should talk to him and try to find out the main reason why is he leaving or giving up on SFI. After that you need to work out a solution for his problem.
If he is giving up after short period of time, then you should pay attention on motivating him/her more, by giving examples of successful SFI members(it would be perfect if that example is you), or even sending him some Gift Cards or TC Credits.
If he/she is giving up after a while, then it must be bigger problem. The solution must be figured out by yourself. Motivation is also key factor to keep every single one of your affiliates dedicated.
After all, you can always remind them that Winners never quit and quitters never win!
