New members need sense of direction, they need clear goals that can show them how they can make money and become successful here. Understanding what drives the compensation is the key in them becoming active and maintaining that interest for long enough time so they can achieve some significant results.
To me, here are the most important things they need to understand:
- they need to sponsor new affiliates, lots of new affiliates to find the workers. This is the only way to become Silver Team Leader and above. If will need to sponsor lots of people at some point to reach the top, why not start doing it right away?
- learn about TripleClicks store and find out what products can be beneficial to them and get them through their Standing Order. New members need to understand that is a fastest way to become a Bronze Team Leader. There are huge benefits in that, like getting their monthly share of unassigned CSAs and increased compensation on Executive pool commissions.
- learn to compete in all contests available to them like E365, Daily Grand, Pick-The-Price, T-Time, team contests. All those will create more opportunities for them like more affiliates or TCredits and so on.
- figure out how actually commission cycle works, i.e. you accumulates VPs, then on the 1st of the next month it goes to 0 (that is a big shocker for many people) but you can paid on those through the Executive Pool, then you go get more VPs and so on every month.
Combining all of the above strategies will insure your affiliates will know what to expect and be in perfect position to gain the most out of SFI Compensation Plan.
