I have opted to communicate regularly with my team to keep them as motivated as possible. I not only communicate with them through the SFI system but from my personal email on a regular basis. Many of my team mates have also connected with me using social sites. The hardest part I have found is when an affiliate is just getting started. Sometimes they become overwhelmed and just want to give up. With this in mind I created a quick 8 page getting started guide that will hopefully give them a bare bones view of what SFI is and motivate them to continue trying rather then giving up.
