I make sure they focus on the right activities
Availability – Be available in their need. I make sure my email is always with me.
Visibility – I make sure you I communicate with my affiliates in the stream
Updating – I keep myself updated and make sure my affiliates are up to date with the latest news in SFI
I love to listen to them. I solved the problems for my affiliates in their assignments. So they are happy
