Skype is a good option to share and work closely with your team Members. Its effective for the following points:
1. You can actually share screens and work together on the way forward and what
actions should be taken when a team member is stuck eg. how to place a Standing
order etc and also solve queries immediately. Thus time effective.
2. You can hold conference calls with all your team members, it works well especially
if you and your team are spread in different parts of the world. Here you can
discuss on the way forward, on how to grow the SFI business,advertise and duplicate
the members.
3. If a team member is busy and you had a great idea to share, you could leave them
messages, links etc on the steps forward and each and everybody can follow and move
on the right direction and towards the set goals.
I have been using it since I joined SFI and its worked well and I would say its very effective.
