I am using Skype a lot with great success and no problems at all...

I am providing all of my team members with my username on Skype so they can connect with me if they desire and anytime they want;

I am inviting them in my mailings to connect with me on Skype for easier communication;

I am chatting on Skype with many of them on a regular basis to answer all of their questions;

I am chatting on Skype with my leaders who want to work closer to me, helping us a great deal in the process of duplication;

I am using Skype to BE PRESENT to all of my team members... as I am working from home and spending lots of time on my computer, I am always there available for them if they choose to... they are all invited and I am there PRESENT for all of them anytime... always being able to answer in a timely fashion.

SKYPE is an awesome tool that I would recommend to anyone and everyone as it allows for easy communications with all of our members worldwide for FREE!!!

Yes. Its a very useful way. Not only Skype but also FB video chat and Google Video chat helped me a lot. Similar to Video Training, Video chat is more effective. I can add few points why it is so.

1- The prospect see a live person in front speaking about the opportunity. This generates faith of a legal job

2- The happiness or the facial expression of the people in chat gives us a good idea of the importunity. If you are clever , you can easily observe whether the sponsor is happy with it or not.

3- If you are seeing the prospect is having some doubt in some particular point you can make him more clear.

4- The most importantly i can show my prospect nicely on my white board how it works.

Skype is best video chat service available on Internet to communicate face to face. There are other also like yahoo messenger and all but Skype is best for its video and audio Quality. I always prefer to use it for talking with my friends and my team members of SFI.

I have Used Skype earlier for some of my PSAs of foreign to get them know what is SFI, actually. Most of people were being confused with different keywords like VP, MRP, TC, PSA, CSA and all that. And all this things cant be understood easily just by reading or it can take time to understand. While using Skype i can directly talk with them and let them know what are this keywords and what is SFI, how to go ahead, what is your are of interest , in which direction you need to go, what is ECA and how you can sell your products there, etc. I can give total presentation of SFI to them because in Skype you can Share your screen with other person , so its best feature in Skype.


It's very effective in way of making plan with your team and also for fulfilling your targets. You can set up meeting using conference with your team and can talk for different marketing tools, New advertising sites, New products for TripleClicks, making future plans, motivating your team, debate on new changes of SFI, suggestions to give to president Gery, and much more. Here you can give your views with team and your team will also give their valuable opinion , also give their valuable points to talk about. Because such debate can give something valuable output at the end.

Skype has proved to be effective for me because it is easier to use for face to face communication with team members and on the spot most issues relating to moving our team forward are agreed and resolved.

It gives one the opportunity to have a direct contact knowing that you are communicating with a real person whom you are viewing life as you chat and discuss your SFI business together and way forward.

The very good aspect of it all is getting to know your team member as you see him or her on video chat. Skype gives you the benefit of viewing the reaction of the person as you chat. You get better understanding as you tap into the life chat discussion and bare your mind along the line.

Yes, I'm using skype very frequently with my Sponsor and it is very effective. And the best thing is it assure you that you team is real and they also care for you.

1. You can actually share screens and work together on the way forward and what
actions should be taken when a team member is stuck eg. how to place a Standing
order etc and also solve queries immediately. Thus time effective.
2. You can hold conference calls with all your team members, it works well especially
if you and your team are spread in different parts of the world. Here you can
discuss on the way forward, on how to grow the SFI business,advertise and duplicate
the members.
3. If a team member is busy and you had a great idea to share, you could leave them
messages, links etc on the steps forward and each and everybody can follow and move
on the right direction and towards the set goals.

I have been using it since I joined SFI and its worked well and I would say its very effective.
