the use of Skype is a very good idea for your SFI business and its very effective. My reason for saying so is that:
1. you get to see or talk to your team one on one
2. it gives you a sense of belonging
3. you can easily without the stress of typing explain to your team members clear to any question they may ask.
4. you will be able first hand to show them how successful you are with examples and charts which will in turn motivate your team to do better or duplicate you.
5. they will see you are a real person not an answering machine talking with them
