I am using Skype a lot with great success and no problems at all...
I am providing all of my team members with my username on Skype so they can connect with me if they desire and anytime they want;
I am inviting them in my mailings to connect with me on Skype for easier communication;
I am chatting on Skype with many of them on a regular basis to answer all of their questions;
I am chatting on Skype with my leaders who want to work closer to me, helping us a great deal in the process of duplication;
I am using Skype to BE PRESENT to all of my team members... as I am working from home and spending lots of time on my computer, I am always there available for them if they choose to... they are all invited and I am there PRESENT for all of them anytime... always being able to answer in a timely fashion.
SKYPE is an awesome tool that I would recommend to anyone and everyone as it allows for easy communications with all of our members worldwide for FREE!!!
