I wish I had been given even a single advice by my upline when I joined SFI, but sad to say to this day, aside from the Welcome Letter, there were no other communications. I have contacted everyone on my line of sponsorship to introduce myself and seek advice but none responded.
However, this lack of support helped me to be self-sufficient and not rely on any one of them for assistance and advice. Sufficient enough is the free training and resources provided by SFI and the many helpful and interesting A2A friends I have made since then. And of course, the posts at SFI Forum also provided more valuable information and feeling of belonging by the unselfishness of experienced Affiliates for sharing their knowledge and expertise.
Now I am grateful to my upline for not helping me because it has strengthen me my resolve although it has taken me long to get started properly. To get to my goal of becoming PTL will be very sweet, and I’ll get there whatever it takes.
