Years ago in another affiliate business, I was told, "Never, ever, ever, ever, ever give up." I think that was said by Winston Churchill during WWII. My sponsor and I did well in that business but gave up the ship as we found the ethics crumbling. We would not be part of that. We got out before they were taken to court.
But we didn't give up. After searching for a few years, my sponsor found SFI, and after a year, he introduced it to me.
There have been times I had pondered quitting. I am not an expert on the computer, but have found my skills to be adequate, and have even grown in my skills.
I have become discouraged when my huge group (of 100) PSAs were all inactive, and decided that I could not become a team leader because no one was allowing themselves to be led. But never, ever, ever, ever give up.
As I communicated with them anyway, some became active. As I learned what prevented new PSAs from taking off with this business, I answered their questions without them asking.
As I read the Forum and my fellow affiliates opened up to me, I found out that many of the successful leaders have thousands of PSAs and CSAs. And while I am not there yet, I still am active recruiting. Never, ever, ever, stop.
