A very good question. This beg another question. Why do you want to motivate your down-line? My simple answer is that because I do it for my self-interest. Does having a good base of down-line helpful for my ambition? The answer is yes.
So I will dangle some carrots so that they are encouraged to work hard. They know that by working hard, they will build a base of RESIDUAL INCOME. So when they work hard and smart they will gain independently within SFI. And I should set an example so that they want to follow in my clicksteps. And tada! I have duplication!
