The best motivation for your downline is WHEN YOU MOTIVATE YOURSELF. If your downline sees that you are working, that you are always giving them support and helping them in everything they do not understand, that you are learning more and more about SFI, advertising etc. then you can motivate your downline even when you not doing that directly. Tell me if I wrong, but that is the secondary way to motivate your downline. The primary way to motivate them is, when they know in every moment that they can always count on you. Be direct to them. You need to tell them that they are doing great (do not lie to them, be honest). If they are not active in SFI, remind your downline that this is not "quick scheme for earning". This is not a race...Who will do it first". And NEVER, I repeat NEVER criticize them! They are your friends and partners. You help each other.
