Motivation! Everything in this world moves under this word. Without it, your are lifeless. You have to be first motivated to pass the same synergy to your downline. Think first out of SFI for a minute and look at the things that highly motivate you. What would be done to you to make you motivated? I usually ask myself these questions before i pass the same synergy to my downline. Remember, you will be communicating to same human beings like you. Now coming back to SFI, below are things that i usually do to motivate my team:
1. Always be the EXAMPLE. By this i mean, dont tell them to do things and yet they can see that you arent doing. For example, dont tell them to become an EA and yet you arent. Dont tell them that to participate in PB auction and yet you havent!
2. Always recognize their accomplishment as fast as you can. The moment they become and EA, congratulate them. The moment they make their first purchase, tap them and congratulate them. Someone feels cool when they are appreciated and it motivates them to be active.
3. Be patient with their progress. Remember, managing a team isnt easy. You will be dealing with different personalities and some will be slow and some will be fast. Always try to study your affiliates personality and move according to their pace. If you try to drag a slower person, you will lose the person. Get it?
4. Speak their language and always assist them. Hey, i dont know french. :) But i have a downline i communicate with him in this language. Of course i use google translator. But this PSA feels great everytime i communicate with him in his native language.
