Motivation is a feeling of enthusiasm, interest and commitment in going your day to day SFI activities! Lead by example. Create the right environment for you downline, like giving them reward and recognition for their accomplishment. Mention their names for achieving each status level of being a team leader. Ensure the right support and the right resources to increase their productivity and SFI has a wide variety of support and resources that we can tap into. A successful team is always motivated.
