My best way to motivate my downline is thru communication. They must feel my genuine interest and concern first.
I give them praise on everything they do and make them feel special..and in most cases they are. These people are in my organization and it is my moral obligation to help them ..if they are seriously interested in making money and being successful in SFI. Then , I spend time working with the workers. They are already motivated because they are logging in their SFI home page scoring Versapoints and making an effort to work the business,so I piggyback off that. I let them know that I'm here to support and help them anyway I can.
I have also developed a plan to help them become successful, based on my knowlege and experience in the business, and I share it with them if they are willing to follow instructions and let me coach them. This works for me and the majority of the time, they are up and running after that.
Most affiliates need training and as their sponsor, I try to offer that to them. I'm concerned about doing the right things that get results and I teach that to my organization.
