Just do what you do best. Communicate, show affiliates what you do and encourage them to follow you. Congratulate affiliates when they do something or win something. Reward affiliates and show them how to use their rewards. This could be reassignments, TCredits, new affiliates from your co-op or anything else you choose. Use your imagination.
