glad you asked that question. I think there are various ways to motivate them, but first you must find out what they are looking for. Are they looking just to see what we are about "tire kickers" so to speak, or are they interested in replacing their job and work at home. Different people have different ideas about this business. To me motivating my people, my first question would be why did you join SFI, what are you looking to do with this business and then I go from there. The majority of men say they want extra income or to replace their jobs...then that is a whole different scenario than a housewife who is looking to make ends meet or to kill time. Try to find out how much time they have to devote to this business. If they are not willing to give time in exchange for learning the business, we are wasting our time. I always weed out those that want to work and put forth the effort, those that get online every day and do the work are the ones I motivate with incentives such as reaching certain plateaus and reassinging affiliates under them...
I have an EA2 right now that was about to give up and I encouraged her and she stayed and now is moving ahead nicely. She purchased PSAs yesterday and is moving forward. People just want a leg up in their business....This business is confusing at first glance because SFI tries to give them the best of everything, and some times it is overwhelming to be able to drink it all in, but I tell my people about my exper
