My answer is: Never! There could be a number of reasons why CSAs are not responding to our messages or remain inactive since joining. Sometimes it is due to lack of resources on their part and not owning a personal computer is the problem most have to face. We'll never know the real reason that's why it's important we should not give up in reaching out to them.
However, we should also be practical. Time is money. As we work closely with workers and movers on our team, we can continue to send regular communication to non-responsive CSAs. As the saying goes, a horse will not drink even if you put a bucket of water in front of it. But as dogs bark and non-responsive CSAs stay in shadows,the caravan moves on. If they want to join the moving caravan, they can run and catch up. If not, the alternative is to be left behind and miss the fun and enjoyment of a rich and rewarding life.
