For Nigeria or developing countries, the best means is via Facebook, Twitter and Job Site. This is because the youths which form a large percentage of the population are either chatting via the social registered sites or are in search of jobs.
Other avenues include Gtalk, Skype, and 2go Chat where I get across my targets by either calling, messaging or pasting referral links on my status.
SFI Mailing and Chat Service is also a first hand added advantage.
