It's too simple.

I am always using Gtalk for it.
If there is other email engine id then going for facebook chat.
Still more strong communication requires then going for Phone call and if phone cost is more for foreign PSA then Skype is best :)
Always be connected with Email 2-3 times in a week.
SFI also provides message service sometime i use that First because if PSA forgets to open mail but open SFI then he can receive my message. For instant Message service like

There are literally dozens of avenues for 2 way communications. Here is my TOP 10

1. Phone
2. SFI's IM Chat
3. SFI Team Mail
4. Email
5. Google chat
6. Skype
7. Aim
8. SFI Stream
9. Facebook Chat/Messaging
10.SFI Forum

Some of the above are instant and others are still direct but not necessarily instant... but are still "2 Way Communications".

Every time you login go to your Movers page and Genealogy to see whose

With so many mode of communication available now a days it's not a major issue.

But I always prefer Facebook for communicate with my team members. We can have a live chat or group chat and if required we can make a voice chat or even video chat.

Even we are connected to the rest of world through Facebook, with getting instant updates regularly.

For me Facebook is the best communication tool to get connected with my team.

Good Question..
I think Communicating with your downline regularly and helping them is the most important step for achieving success in SFI because your downline is where you earn from.
The Best two-way communication with your downline is a phone call, a video call or a personal meeting (if possible).
If this is not feasible, Contacting via e-mail is also a very good idea.
You can also communicate with them through social sites like facebook, twitter, etc.
You can also send

I have listed the following options in their priority order.

1. SFI team mail because it is much of a professional way to make them realise that we are a team.
2. Gmail,it helps to give them some info or notification about what to do next, contests etc.
3. Facebook ,it helps in knowing your affiliates personally and create a friendly bond.
4. SFI instant mail to give instantaneous info. like new updates regarding sfi and tripleclicks or to congratulate them for winning auctions

Once you already establish communication with them, never drop the ball and stop, keep communicating, as for the others, that never seem to respond, maybe communication is not the answer as in letter format, maybe a call or Skype contact is required. If its about making them active maybe a catchy topic line, like " hey there, YOUR SFI business is ready NOW to Grow". Then in the body i,d write. "come login and send me a message with any questions to help you be successful. I can be

To engage on a two way communication with my PSA's, I use the ICQ chat most times. I make phone calls often to communicate with them. I would not fail to use the official emailer from SFI. I also use SFI messenger whenever I saw that one is online. That is how I do it.

The simpliest way to get two way communication with your downline is to give them a phone call. Many affiliates don't give a complete profile - some do. Those that do, go ahead give them a call. Introduce yourself as their sponsor. Let them know that you care more about them than about your commissions. Help them achieve their goals by listening to them. Ask open ended questions to get the dialogue going.

For those that don't offer a phone number, you may ask for it just for business

Invite them to contact you on Skype or via Teamchat.
Encourage them to get in touch with you so you can have a one on one
session to help them grow and to solve any issues they might have. Once you have established contact, keep it going on a regular basis.
If your Downline realises that it is indeed very helpful they will be keen to stay in touch.
Cheers Evie
