1. Be committed and dedicated
2. Have a plan to achieve your goals
3. Stick to Plan

Now the most important principles are:

1. Daily login to SFI
2. Finish all the activities for the day
3. Keep in contact with me and other members of SFI
4. Be motivated everyday
5. Create a circle of like minded friends
6. Be realistic
7. Read and practice the training materials provided
8. Never ever give up nomatter how long it looks like it's going to take but Never give up
