I have only one advise to give on that matter: Follow yourself as much as possible seminars ,learn from the good and bad,depending of the number of seminars you follow up, you should be ready in about 6 months.You better not organize seminars if you do not feel ready for it ! Wait and get self confidence ,bad organized seminars will bring you more harm then good.
