Growth in any business stabilizes the business and makes it easier to attract affiliates into YOUR Team or group. The growth of your group (and the total of group sales) is the basis for the main growth in your income. If you will note that some are adding 50-100 affiliates per day. The law of percentages is always in play. Some spend months of time looking for that ideal hardworking affiliate and take a year to find five. Others spin through a 100 who sign on and find 10 good ones. It is good that SFI has increased numbers. But it is more important that growth of YOUR TEAM is the cause of the company growth. Always analyze what causes YOUR business to grow. Enthusiasm and commitment within your Team assures retention of that Team and its continued growth. I just need to look and see--what am I personally doing to cause SFI to grow.
