The best way to keep your affiliates motivated is to reward them for their accomplishments no matter how big or small. You are the sponsor - the leader of the pack. So set the stage for success in the beginning by encouraging them to take the actions that will lead to better income and give back a little with gift certificates. Finally, use your power tools to reward the workers in your network. If they make EA assign a few PSAs to them who are active themselves. Then when they earn BTL the rewards should be slightly larger and so on. Nothings creates fire like added gasoline to it!
