Live chat is valuable tool for communication with your downline. I personally chat with various members of my team on a regular basis. It gives me a chance to give them immediate assistance or advice with any issues or questions they may have. Sending messages will eventually get answers to their questions but live chat helps eliminate the waiting for a reply. It also seems like a more personable and intimate way to communicate. I like real time conversations and many of my downline seem to feel the same way.
