There are two very key elements to success in Affiliate Marketing. The first element is Leadership and the second element is Communication, which is part of Leadership.
You will demonstrate Leadership yourself by communicating the key points of the E365 to your new affiliates. Draft an informative message that focuses only on what the E365 is, what the benefits are and how to improve your chances to become the winner.
Stay focused on the E365 basics in that message so the importance of it will be clear and so they do not get confused between the E365 and other SFI programs and benefits.
Also, explain to them the vital importance of THEM setting a good example for the affiliates they will be sponsoring. Encourage them to start now to take a leadership role and do all of the things that SFI trains us to do as leaders. Point out that making it into the E365 Top 10 (preferably #1) is an excellent way for them to demonstrate commitment and determination.
Finally, follow their progress and provide them with encouragement and support along the way. Sometimes, it's that extra little boost of encouragement or acknowledgement that makes the difference between trying harder or giving up.
