Absolutely not. I will never ever differentiate my level of sponsoring to all my affiliate. Even i encourage more and more to whoever not active. And i gradually sent team mail to encourage all. And i always list their name in the team mail, for whoever win a prize, reach next level, or even whoever whose account will be inactivated soon. As a leader, we can grow because all of our affiliate, whoever or what level they are. Thats leadeship means, according to me.
