To me the E365 is an incentive to help the new affiliate stay focused and to build a spirit of healthy competion among affiliates in their first month.
So how do i get my affiliates to focus on it.
In the first day of enrollement i try and get in touch and make sure they get the fast track badge, telling them it will make things easier for them later on.
Where they fail to make the fast track, i keep a watchful eye on them remainding to watch the greenline. The only way to get them to focus is to watch with them. Because in the first month they are still learning and may give priorty to the wrong things.
Sometimes i track them on facebook and explain the benefits of moving on to the next round.
I know some of my PSAs, who are finalist, having money issues are holding on hoping to win $50 so they can invest in their SFI business.
