Lets say if you are team leader then you will get Matching VP from him.
If you are weak in getting PSA but he might strong in getting PSA then he might be the main point to grow your branches of your team tree. Even he might become a great entrepreneur and one day he will be your GURU. If you have treat him well at initial stage then he will never leave you in future.
Nonetheless you can distribute work to your other good downline person if you have mass downline like if you have 1000 people under you and you cant help to all then you can make cluster of people and give them proper leader which is under your team. So distribution of work will be good key to handle them also.
Finally as much your team will grow that much your lifelong income will increase. So never make difference in supporting your downline. NEVER.
