They trust your judgement and a kudos well deserved goes a long ways. Notwithstanding, it is more imporfant to differentiate between the incentives than the priority.
I answer mail on a first come first serve basis only. An EA with a question deserves my full attention just as much as an BTL. Though I reward effort accordingly; they each demand my equal attention. I believe in treating all of your movers with respect and courtesy regardless of their rank.
