Yes and no. I watch my genealogy reports and movers page to see who's really putting the effort forth. I always give extra support to anyone who asks for it, but without request, I award PSA reassignments to my PSA's who are really putting forth the effort and I want to reward them for their efforts.
All PSA's deserve support, but always try to go above and beyond for those who are working hard at it!
