What you need to do is :
1. Give them proper knowledge of the Whole scenario of SFI immediately after sign up.
2. Indicate point of E365 in your welcome letter so they can aware of it.
3. First make them Fast track member so they will get 500 free VP and this 500free vp will be very much helpful to be above Greenline and to be in the contest.
4. Get them understand about "GREEN LINE". Because most of the people having problem with this reducing Greenline points.
5. Give them proper knowledge of Each round and how to use free VP source of Getting started actions, Intermediate actions and launchpad points.
6. Give them knowledge of their class people and Prizes of each round and their benefits.
7. List them benefits of Qualifying E365 challenge.
8. Clear their all doubts of different jargon if they unaware.
Finally it's totally about long term benefits of their business , so as much attention you will give on them that much team strength will increase.
