Initially we all try to work very hard to earn money without realising that a proper meticulous planning ( working SMART) is required to be successful in SFI.

How can we work SMART? The very first thing we must do is read all emails from SFI and try to implement the principles suggested by SFI. We must read thoroughly the SFI BASICS and then try implementing those basic principles. What does these principles say?

1)Score as many Versa Points as you can. Having said that it doesn't mean we must only focus on scoring versa points.

Now comes the second point which says:

2)Generate sales at Tripleclicks. This is the point we all miss. Without generating sales our business will not grow and hence it cannot be duplicated which brings to the third point of..

3) Duplication. What does Duplication mean here? It means whatever we have done at point numbers 1 and 2 must be taught to the downlines and hence getting Duplication done.

What's does above SFI BASICS mean to us? It means that all the above 3 points must be done in its totality not just one or two points in isolation. Doing point number one only means we are working very hard to score more points. Our focus should not be only scoring points. We must work smartly to implement point numbers 2 and 3 also simultaneously. This is known as SMART work and that is where we all want to be.

There is also 4th point but that is optional and is for those people who have completed points 1,2 and 3 completely.

So the key here is to work SMART by doing SFI BASICS right in its totality.

What are the best habits to develop to ensure that your SFI business continually grows?

That is a very good question Alma because answer to it will benefit thousands of Affiliates world over.

To grow SFI business or for that matter any business some fundamental habits are needed in addition to some specific habits connected with SFI business. I will categorize it to 2 habits, namely Fundamental Habits and Specific Business Habits.
I will cover both one by one.

1) Fundamental Habits
There are many fundamental habits which are vital for our well being and leading a life of successful person. Among others, these include :
a) sleeping and waking up on time
b) doing morning health exercises or Yoga or aerobics etc whatever you are comfortable with. You can be successful if you are physically and mentally healthy. For mental health you can read good books and be in company of good positive people.
c) healthy food habits :

Eating food rich in vitamins, minerals and protein is a must to live longer and achieve our desired goals. You would be surprised to know that eating healthy diet doesn't incur high costs. Overeating must be avoided at all times.

d) Healthy social habits: Socialising plays an important role in development of human beings. We must socialize as often as needed to fulfill our social needs. Unhealthy social habits may ruin ones life altogether leaving no scope for achieving our goals.

e) Healthy spiritual and cultural habits:

Spiritual well being is a must in proper development of mind. Cultural activities also play important roles in human development and ultimately achieving our goals.

2) Specific Business Habits or Good Habits to Grow SFI Business Continually:

a) Reading Habits : Here in SFI the very first and most important habit to Grow our business continually is our Reading Habits. It's often said that readers are leaders. We must try to first understand by reading various tabs here how SFI works. Once we do this regularly not only we get trainings regularly but we also start earning money from day one.

b) Doing Daily Action tasks to score necessary Versa Points to Grow our business.

c) Time management : Its utmost necessary to manage our time properly so that we get enough time to do various activities and also give time to family.

d) Doing Monthly, Weekly, Getting Started, Intermediate Points, Miscellaneous Points etc. We must score points as much as possible.

e) Sponsoring Habits : To grow SFI business we must sponsor new PSAs regularly. If you can manage time then you must advertise your business regularly to sponsor new PSAs.

f) Generating Sales and turning this into a regular habit. Sales is a science as well as an art. It's a numbers game. The more we advertise Tripleclicks products the more sales we are likely to generate. This must be done regularly.

g) Treating SFI business like a regular business : It will come with practice. We must treat SFI as regular business and give it regular time and importance. Treating it as a casual business will have disastrous effects.

h) Communicating regularly with downlines as well as with uplines is must. This must be done as a regular habit. Duplication is the key here. Your downlines tend to follow you and we must follow our uplines.

i) Develop writing Habits to regularly write in ASK SC and Forum tabs. Your downlines watch you regularly. We must take part in both of these tabs on a regular basis.

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers, how do we learn to write well?

That's very important and intelligent question Darla because answer to this question is vital not only for building SFI business but also as a whole in our lives. That is so because if we look historically all great leaders of the world were communicators par excellence. A good communicator achieves his goals quite easily. He conveys his intentions effortlessly.

Now the question with us is how can we develop good writing skills. I will try to explain with my own example.

For first five months I wasn't active in SFI but I continued to read emails from SFI because these emails were very educative and were helping me to understand my previous home based business in a much better way. The communications from my earlier business were not anywhere near to SFI education. I was purchasing training materials from my earlier business which are totally free in SFI. My research here has found a conclusion that most other home based businesses are copying the business model of SFI. I could understand this in a much better way because communications from SFI are very educative and excellent. This wonderful writing skills of SFI Leadership is miles ahead of any comparable businesses. Can you see the clear advantage of good writing skills?

This prompted me to take part in SFI activities more and more and I started writing single letter words in Forum tab. In fact my very first post in Forum was rejected because it didn't carry any value. I took this as a challenge and started writing more and more in Forum posts and also encouraged my downlines and motivated them.

Then I started writing answers to Ask SC questions regularly. One of my answers got 3-10 place and I received 25 Versa Points. This encouraged me tremendously and I started writing more and more answers and few days back I was declared the Top author with most votes. I am really thrilled now and now I am writing more and more answers. Of course I make sure that my grammar as well as spellings are correct.

If you already have a team then this really is a question whose answer you must be looking for and for that matter every aspiring Team Leader is looking for. Let me explain how I have removed confusion of my team and motivated them to work hard. They are also now trying to build a team of their own.

To remove confusion of your team the very first thing you must do is to learn and understand each and every aspect of SFI business whether it is SFI BASICS or SFI Rules of Success or Compensation Plan or Benefits Chart or any other aspect. You can do this by reading thoroughly about each aspect and read all related FAQs. This will create confidence in you. You will be in a better position to handle any question they may have or any objection they may have. Then you can explain to them how it works and what is its benefit.

For first few months I read each and every aspect of SFI. This made me confident. When they had any confusion I explained them through phone, Whatsapp or through Facebook chats personally making visits to them those who lived nearby.

Before joining SFI I was constantly looking for an opportunity in which I could work from home as I was growing old and travelling was proving to be too much exhausting physically. I needed a programme in which my expenditure or investment was very low as compared to other traditional businesses. Prior to joining SFI I tried my hand on many different traditional networking companies in which physical participation was must and which involved lots of expenditure on account of buying tickets and travelling expenses.

Then I tried my luck in many different online businesses operating on the web. Most of these online businesses didn't give me any profits and these too were demanding payments upfront and were charging a very high fee for their online training which are absolutely free in SFI. I was again looking for a business which worked and by chance came upon an advertisement in Facebook from my sponsor and I joined immediately but I didn't pay much attention to SFI because it was FREE and I continued devoting my time to my older internet business but I continued to read mails from SFI. For getting benefits every day one must visit Forum every day and look for answers to questions he is looking for. He or she will definitely find a similar question asked by other Affiliates and find the answers which he or she can utilize to build his or her own SFI business.
We can also ask questions in Forum and many a PSA will come forward to answer those.

Another advantage of Forum is that we can find an experienced Team Leader from our own country who speaks the same language and we can send him or her an a2a friend request.
