Yes it is a good idea, but, I would not limit my reassignments to this idea.

There are some obvious advantages to same country reassignments.
I would consider a few of things prior to reassigning PSAs.
Mentoring and advancing your downlines progress can be influenced by matching
some affiliates with the same or similar cultural backgrounds.
Language is an important consideration, to avoid translation difficulties.

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

A bribe or a sales technique. I think it depends on your perspective.
Rewards for forward progress can be a good plan, if implemented well.
After all, is it not the incentive to generate an income the reason
they have signed up?

SFI provides perks and greater accessibility to tools,
in addition to TCredits, Cash and Second Home CSAs,
for a higher Leadership Status.
I see no reason not to offer rewards for forward progress.

There are so many good tools that SFI offers.

I am not in favor of promoting IAHBE to those affiliates who are new to Internet Marketing.

It is a good magazine with lots to offer. In my opinion, it will play a bigger roll
in the advanced education of most newbies two or three months down the road.

The SFI program has so much information to offer.
It will take most weeks or longer to digest all of it.

I believe it is more important for new affiliates to first learn all they can from the SFI Program.

Good question.
The answer lies in the accessibility of your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor.
Not everyone is a strong communicator.
Some are very adept at talking to perfect strangers without humility.
Others find it a little more difficult, but, manage fairly well with
tools and training.
And, then there is the rest of us who have to learn almost everything
up front to gain the confidence to openly communicate on a subject.

I think you will be able to able

This is done by learning all you possibly can from the materials provided by SFI.

Good question.

I suggest as a primary method; To use yourself as an example.
I set up a situation to show how I decided to
overcome or solve a problem.
I explain what I did and then suggest it to my downline as one possible remedy.
Being humble enough to recognize yourself having made mistakes or
practicing learning by doing is setting an example.
And it is a positive way to influence your downline and build trust.

Another suggestion is to include

I have just one.
The biggest problem affiliates have is how and where to promote.
I suggest being prepared to discuss and share promotional ideas,
advertising skills and source materials.
It may help to have a list of all the items you intend to cover.

For general meeting points, I suggest:
1.Open meeting outlining an agenda.
2.Follow your agenda, straying will cause you to loose focus.
3.Set a time limit to allow yourself the option of closing long
