SFI gives 90 lessons in its internet income training for you to succeed, the recent being Social Media Presence. You don't need to be savvy in internet marketing, SFI's internet income training covers that for you.
2. SFI provides both marketing aids and methods on how to do effective advert ad marketing. Teaching you how to create sign ups and sales through these marketing materials.
3. As for finances, SFI never made it compulsory for you to invest. They set up a program of earning without investment via referring people to your store, sponsorship, team building, PB Auctions, duplication, playing games, unlimited versapoints, ECA Referral etc.
4. As for effective advert and sign ups, SFI has made it easier for you through the S builder and PSAs To Go. They take care of that for you.
5. Even in leading people SFI has an excellent article on how to become an awesome sponsor and that gives you an insight on how to lead well.
6. For effective communication, SFI gives training on how to write a good business email for communicating to your downline, giving you guidelines on what to say.
Also, you are given training through articles on how to follow up your new members of your team.

How i'l know is determined by the following:

Hello Sebastian,
To rely upon your sponsor will depend upon the following factors:
1. The leadership style
2. The support system
3. The rapport/ relationship with your sponsor.
Why all these factors is because these measure the true yardstick of your reliance.
When i say leadership style, what do i mean? I mean the way your sponsor provides direction and motivation to you. This cumulates the support system your sponsor offers to you and how you should rely on him/her.
The following are the major leadership styles i'l mention that are common:
1. A Laissez-Faire/ Freein leadership.
2. Authoritarian/ Autocratic.
3. Teamwork/ Maturity
4. Democratic
5. Coaching leadership styles.
If your sponsor is the type that is inactive and does not support you nor gives you a feedback. He/she operates on the Autocratic leadership style. Don't rely on such sponsors.
Some people will allow their new affiliates to groom the business on their own. They just show them the SFI website and that is it. Such sponsors work alone and can be successful. i call them self made men. They operate by the A Laissez-Faire leadership style. Such style is not so ideal. I'l advice you not to rely on such sponsors. Why? This is because not everybody can work alone and be self made. Why? Because our DNA make up, behaviour, experience and bringing up differentiate us. We have to differentiate between those who can stand alone and those who cannot thereby creating a balance and a successful business. Those i'l advice you to rely on are the awesome sponsors.
Who is an awesome sponsor?
An awesome sponsor who goes an extra mile to support and motivate his/her team to make them successful. He/she is there at the team's beckon. Such sponsors operate on the team work/ democratic/ coaching leadership styles where their team members can work with them and create ideas for the team as well.
These kind of sponsors are rare but they do exist. This is why SFI sends us tips and encourages us to be one. But not all sponsors can. So i'l advice you to rely on such ones for a season. What do i mean?
When a child is born, it depends TOTALLY on the parents. But as it grows, its dependency begins to reduce. Why? Because the child is gradually understanding its environment and relating with it. In the process, it discovers itself, abilities, talents and capabilities. With the training of its parents, it learns to do things on its own. Right there, it doesn't need the parents decision so much. It takes charge and explores its world. So likewise you. Just like we don't depend on our parents forever, so you also, learn to let go when your business legs are strong enough to carry you.
When you have known how to run the system and the business on your own , then detach. Explore your abilities, creativities and strategies.
Yes, you may make mistakes on the way. When that happens, reach out to your sponsor again for guidance, relying on him/ her from time to time.
From there on you build a rapport or a good relationship with your sponsor that leads you to a thriving and a successful business thereby passing this legacy to your team.

d. PSAs To Go.
2. You can introduce marketing and advertising E books which will totally reduce shipping costs.
3. You can promote business books and E books to me e.g Knockout Entrepreneur, DNA Success Stories etc. This will build their Entrepreneur skill and also help them to think as one.
4. You can also promote Auction Winning Ebooks that will help them to compete well at Auctions and win.
When you promote these via your weekly emails, streampost, Leadership page, you can't but help them build their business as well as yours.
However, do not overdo it. Explain the essence of these products to them and how it'l benefit them. It is left for your team to make the final decision. It is not yours.

Hi.
The only way to do this, is to first build a long formidable active team. One of my upline leader, once told me that if he decides to stop now, his income in SFI will continue. why? because he had built up a formidable team. Groomed his PSAs and CSAs,bought an ECA program on cause and has sales from Referred TripleClicks Members and had a continual standing order.All these and more he put in place in case he wants to retire.
I believe you should consider setting these things too in place, before you retire.
Put your family in the business too, that way continual funds will keep on coming to meet your daily needs

I'l answer you from my experience.
You are one of my top 10 a2a friends. Why did i select you and others? For the following reasons
1. All my a2a friends are higher than me in rank and are more successful and more experienced than me. I went after the best and you are one of them. The above was one of the criteria i used. I love to make friends with those who know better than me and are more successful than me. They set my goals and focus.
2. They are active. I check my friends logging time. Once i'd to remove an a2a friend because of inactivity. Why? Because i wanted inspiring, motivating, go getter friends. If i flock with inactive friends, sooner enough, i'l be influenced and i'l be as inactive as they are. Like it is said, 'bad communication corrupts good manners'
3. Knowledgeable: i selected experts who know how to maneveur the system very well and how to make it work. That way i can come to them for help when necessary to brainstorm together.
4. Success
All my a2a friends are successful sponsors/ co sponsors/ upline leaders of their team. They are friends/ leaders of influence. John Maxwell gave the acronym of an influencer that so suits my friends so well that made me follow them and pick them:

How deep a man is will determine is how far rises in life. My a2a friends are people of depth. You know a man by the way he talks or answers people. We draw from the depth of our resources that we know and have. By the way they answer people's questions and help grow their team, it shows.

The best way, Kola, is to set their mind at ease, reassuring them that the business is meant for them as well. Let them understand that even though they've no online business, SFI can help them succeed. Then show them what SFI has provided in that regard. What do i mean? They seem lost and they have the instinct to learn.
SFI has already made it possible for affiliates who have no online experience by providing trainings, tools and support by which they can learn.

What i will do differently is to listen to my sponsor. When i began i didn't understand the fast tracker program. My being referred to my sponsor's leadership page showed me how to succeed and the fast tracker program, but i didn't know how to go about it or implement what i read. I was told not to contact, until the getting started was finished. I exhausted my points, my sponsor told me not to. The result? I lost the E365 championship of which she was a winner.
Next, i was told to concentrate on team building, i concentrated on rank. I didn't understand it then that my rank does not really matter has far as my team is in place. He told me then, 'your team will build your rank for you but you'l earn well'. I didn't understand it, i went for the EA. I got it but i earned in cents but no team. I regretted it. Now i've a big team. I turned my mistakes into a blessing for my team. Some of them became fast trackers today that earned me back my fast tracker membership plus a badge of the number of my PSAs that have become fast trackers.
Now the mistake i made, made most of my active PSAs to become E365 Finalists plus helping them to reserve their versapoints for their requalification next month.
I started emphasing on team building that my sponsor warned me of earlier.
Now it made me become a better sponsor but it came with a price. Now am doing what my sponsor told me duplicating her. Those in my team who repeated my mistake suffered a great setback in the business too.
Now i take in as much information as i can because she is an expert in the business and am so proud of her.

1. You have to know the tools. Since you said every, then you need to know every.
2. Understand the category in which each tools. SFI tools are not scattered. You find majority of them on your black tabs.
3. You must identify and know the different purposes of each e.g The tools under Power Tools are different in purpose and function to Hotspots tab.
4. You must know what each tool stands for and how they operate.
5. Apply according each tool for easy grasp. Without using these tools and knowing them, you can't possibly maximize them.

Well, the best way is to give them an incentive. Do a contest and let them know that you mean business. You have to do this to ONLY THOSE WHO ARE YOUR MOVERS. They are the prospects i will suggest that you work on. I do this a lot for my team and its working, especially since they know i mean what i say. Let them understand too, what the benefits of being a team leader does to their pay check. When one of my up line showed me the benefits of being a Bronze team leader, i made up my mind to go for it the second time but this time with a calculated insight.
When personally, i saw the advantage of being a bronze team leader, i did everything i could to make it happen but i made a mistake along the line. i was supposed to help one of my team members who was close to it, so that i could earn just the little action point required for it, but it was too late, but it made me a better sponsor.
I learnt that to motivate them, help those close to it to attain the position, may be 10T credit or as they may require it and you will be amazed at the result. Not only that, tell them to do the same.
The bottom line, help those closer to it to attain the position and teach them how to maintain it,with very little to invest. many may be scared of the financial aspect of it. let them know that every successful enterprise has had to flourish on calculated and analyzed risks, that every investment made in SFI comes back to them in their paycheck at the end of the month.
