The best way to help your affiliates is to tell them to access and use what they have.
Now in this part of the world, people are becoming more internet literate and are using several means to this. One of them is the smartphones, Android, Appleipod, Apple ipad etc. This even include Blackberry. There will be a browsing device they'l have to use if the computer cannot be accessed.
If no browsing device, the internet or cyber cafe are all available.
Accessing from friends/ family members can also be deviced.
One conclusion however, is that your affiliate will have something in his/her hand that he/she can use to build his/her SFI business if he/she is serious about it. Let him/her identifies what he/she has to browse and use it and he/she will prosper.
Even while at using what they have, they can try bidding for either of the laptops that SFI has given its affiliates and win thereby using what they have to get what they want in their lives.

My answer to you is yes and capital one at that. Why? It is because of the following reasons:
1. Nations are different with different rules and policies that govern them and their industries.
The law of business that works in one country may not work in others. That is why SFI always tells us to abide by the rules and regulations of where we even place our adverts. For instance, when India banned some products, SFI stopped shipping there and totally banned such items from auction to those concerned. Why? They don't want to frustrate their affiliates from India. So they gave them products that India approves. You too should do the same. Find out what operates in the region you want to patronize.
2. Identify what those regions lack and what easily sells.
3. What does your ECA store has that will make them patronize you time and again irrespective of distance and cost? You should consider this.
4. Consideration of monetary payment differ from country to country. You must know the mode of payment used by varied countries so as to ensure accessibility of your goods

The best answer will be training and building a long and formidable team.
Secondly, having a standing order that will maintain your EA status every month, because that is the bedrock of your thriving SFI business. why? the reason is because, it does not matter how many sales you made or your commission value, you will lose them ALL because you couldn't make the month's EA status. It happened to me in my second month as an affiliate. so, to have a thriving SFI business, first create your bedrock on which your SFI business stands, that is creating a standing order.
Thirdly,Refer people to your Tripleclicks store to buy, that way you incur 45% commission to yourself.
Fourthly, do adverts on your website or blog to incur PSAs. If you have to do advert on the social media, make sure that you code your invitation gateway,so that it won't be blocked. Join targeted groups on the social network that will require your SFI products. Utilize the marketing tools that SFI has provided for us. Make use of both Images and texts tools. There are different audiences that are captivated by different adverts, don't stick to one, let it vary.
lastly,do a member listings of your own products on Tripleclicks. Most of my team members utilized this tool very well. I have products am selling too on Tripleclicks, which is boosting my finances. You see what you are doing here is MARKETING and in every business endeavors we have laws. Marketing too has its laws and one of its laws is THE POWER OF PERSUASION. what achievements have you made through your purchase in TripleCliks? To encourage them, you must first look away from YOUR GAIN from the proceeds to the comfortability of your downliners.
what do i mean? Through the above i just shared with you and the marketing strategy, i encourage my downliners to make their purchases, telling them for instance on the benefits it holds for them, most especially if products are on the high side in our country and that since they have a store, they should patronize it and even refer people too, to my surprise, some ordered for laptops that shoot their versa points. i encourage them too to consider Tcredits as well and that is when they need it. i always emphasize the importance of wisdom in doing business to them
what do i mean? when your PSA needs just 8TC to qualify, and your PSA says he/she will like to buy a standing order of T125? what will you say? most times i face this, so what do i do? i discouraged them for pursuing the T125 until perhaps a later time. oh, i could have said hurray, this is money for me, go ahead and buy. but i didn't. i tried to reduce my PSAs costs as much as possible showing them another way they can make the same results. and bingo, they purchase at every needed time. i show them the power of the T125 when they would need it and that is when they qualify as a Team Leader.
some after re qualifying as an EA, they rush to try and buy it, so that they can become a TL. i always tell them of the pros and the cons of it and they follow my instructions, that way they know SFI has not come to milk them dry but to support and help them grow. SFI actually gives you more than what you put in, if you can work.
So with the above in place you can't fail to get them buying in the end.i am a proof of that and besides, once they realized that TRIPLECLICKS is a problem solving store for them, the rest is history. They will continually purchase from TripleClicks

The best way to train your team is to communicate with them via teaching and showing them by example. This is by doing what you teach and train and that is to:
1. Teach them how to build a profitable and successful business.
2. Refer them to the major things that SFI itself emphasizes to all affiliates and that is:
A. The start up video.
B. The SFI Basics.
C. The Launchpad.
D. The marketing aids/ methods
E. Getting Started.
F. The Fast Tracker Program/ NMP.
These are the major foundations that every affiliate must know at their finger tips.
3. Communicate with them on how to duplicate you.
4. Know how to navigate the system and work it.
5. Know how to earn.
6. Know how to utilize both the black and red tabs.
7. Know how to advertize effectively to recruit people and to generate sales.
8. Know how to earn without investment.
9. Know the importance of reaching out to you and their upline leaders and the people at the Forum.
10. Teach them the importance of being participators and not spectators, distributors and not consumers. This refers to participating in the Ask Sc.
11. Teach the importance of building their team and maintaining their rank every month.
12. Teach them on the importance of Standing Order and badges, Pricebender Auctions and the EZ games.
You yourself must have done and still do the above.
Remember that the best way also to train them is to be an awesome sponsor/ co sponsor to them. Being there, when they need you.

My answer to you will be Yes. Why this is so is because becoming a TL builds your team faster for you:
1. When you become a TL, you have a share in the 2nd Home CSAs each month. This starts the beginning of your team.
2. From your investment in becoming a TL, you can buy 1-2 units of S Builder to help you in getting a team.
3. From your TCredits bought, you can get PSAs from the Pricebenders Auction or the Bid and Build Program.
4. You can also build your team through games by collating MRP that can be used to purchase S builder or PSAs To Go. That minimizes cost for you.
You'l realize that you are not at a loss if you become a TL without having a team. You end up having one.
Similar question has been asked before and principally i don't stop anyone in my team who wants to be a TL without yet having a team. What i do is to support him/her to make a successful business out of it by reassigning PSAs.
In the forum, one of my upline leaders gave a post on how he rose faster by venturing into being a TL first before having a team. He said immediately he became a TL, he beganto have an active team and they started following suit.
I made that mistake once trying to tell my PSA to slow down in becoming a TL without having a team, i lost that affiliate.
Becoming a TL without having a team requires huge investment. As an Entreprenur, i'l advice you to strategize your plans first before venturing into it.
1. Why do you want to become a TL without having a team? SFI support will tell you there's no point becoming a TL without having a team. They are looking at sustaining and maintaining it for the other consecutive months. Have you considered that? Let that be your goal.
2. How much do you want to invest every month to maintain it without aid from your team? Can you keep affording it without straining your finances?
3. Do you have a plan on how to make profits from your investment?
Why am asking you to look into this, is so as to avoid frustration in the end. People opt out with ill feelings from SFI saying they spend so much with little profit. Why? Because they didn't plan their business well. SFI didn't force them to invest, they did. So if you are ready to invest, make sure you have a realistic plan that will sustain it for you.
Most successful Entrepreneurs use their profits made to run their business. Make sure you create a profit oriented plan that will aid you in building a successful SFI business. Good luck.

I believe it all depends on what you want to achieve for the day apart from the daily SFI'chores' that needs to be done.
With what you have in mind is to divide your tasks according to these:
1. Urgent and Important.
2. Urgent but Not important.
3. Not urgent but important.
4. Not urgent and Not important.
This way you easily remove the ones that are not urgent and not important.
To maximize your one hour is to focus on your SFI's urgent and most important activities which are :
1. Your daily actions
2. Visiting the Forum.
3. Visiting the Ask Sc
4. Pricebender Auctions that require the Auto Bid Assist.
5. Placing adverts on your chosen advert sites to recruit and
6. To generate sales
7. Playing of EZ games that would not require consumation of time e.g T Time, Time Machine or PTP.
Every other things are not urgent but important.
Weekly Actions can be put for later. Communicating with team members are important but not urgent.
Every other thing falls under category 2,3 and 4.
You'l realize that by the time you complete the 7 tasks above, you may still have small minutes to spare because you have concentrated on the major tasks and you will not need to look back and start worrying if you've left any important tasks behind.

But the best of them all is your Genealogy mailer. Why? For the following reasons:
1. Because you can talk to everybody at once.
2. You can talk to individual groups e.g your PSAs or CSAs.
3. You can talk to individuals who signed up at a certain date.
4. You can check the progress of your downline through your genealogy and be able to help them.
5. You easily filter your generations and see their performance and give them the required help.
6. You can easily know those who are active and those who are not.
7. You can easily check your movers and your EA2s and your team leaders and give them encouraging tips that can make them grow their team the more.
8. At a glance, you can know the performance of your downline and send an encouraging teamail to them.
Through your genealogy using the above information, you can communicate to your downline effectively and at different times.

The best strategy is to know how to Get Started.
When new affiliates start off, it is important to know how to begin. That is why when new affiliates arrive, SFI itself helps us to get them started by watching the getting started video which we build on by welcoming them to our team
Second strategy is to know how the system works. Why many affiliates are not active is because they don't know how the system works. It took me months before it actually sank in. I didn't know why it took me so many months to finally understood it. It is so so simple and it is all written in our SFIBASICS.
Third strategy is the ability to know how to earn and How Much they can earn. when i discovered this, my advert took a new turn and i started having prospects who are ready to work and be in SFI. If most affiliates know how to earn and how much they can earn in short time and long time, they'l work hard and invest like crazy. They'l stick with SFI for life and remain active.
Fourth strategy is the ability to recruit or should i say, 'Team Building'. This is where learning and training comes in. It is important to know this.
The Fifth Strategy is the ability to generate sales. Like our slogan says, 'until someone buys something, there is no sales'. Our income power lies here and until we know how to do it efficiently and effectively, we have no income and it is good to know this earlier.
Sixth strategy is the ability to know how to market the business. This is where the Internet Income Course is very important to read as a new affiliate, so as to know how to maneveur your way to success in the business.
The last strategy is the Identification Of Knowing Where The Money is.
Some affiliates who began started making $1,000 within 2 months while it took some years before they could start making such amount! The difference? The former knew where the money is faster than the latter and where the money is lies in the power of duplication, the matching vp.
If new affiliates get this earlier and in the start, we'l see great investments and active affiliates.
