The most important goal I have set for my SFI business is to attain the highest SFI rank and earn the highest monthly income possible.

How do I plan to achieve my 2015 SFI goals:

1. I put God first. I know that if we put our trust in God and we desire to serve Him, we can accomplish great things. Every morning I lift up the names of my active affiliates for God's blessings and grace.

2. Then, I visualize the Diamond Team Leader badge already displayed in my Homepage. Why do I do that? As an engineer sees first in his mind the bridge, and builds it, I too, see in my mind my Diamond Team Leader badge, and work it.

3. Then, I will work on my short-term goals based on my long-term goal. My current SFI rank is Silver Team Leader. Before I can become a Diamond Team Leader I need to attain the Gold Team Leader rank first, then the Platinum Team Leader. I will follow the strategies on how to become a Diamond Team Leader as explained in The Plan at https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan and from Melvin Vibar’s Forum post entitled Simple Facts + Simple Plan = Success at https://www.sfimg.com/forum/thread?id=2075

3. I will Teach my new PSAs to a) Become a Fast Track Member to be eligible to receive a 10% Fast Track bonus share in the TC Executive Pool. More info at news.sfimg.com/2014/10/07/introducing-fast-track-2-0 ; b) Earn 1,500 VP to reach EA2 status or Team Leader status and maintain it every month; c) Place a Standing order of 125 TCredits to achieve EA each month; d) Advertise SFI & TripleClicks gateways to recruit PSAs and PRMs; e) Teach 5 PSAs to master SFI Basics and duplicate a,b,c,d & e.
4. Join to win the Leadership Challenge contests.
5. Sell TripleClicks products, recruit ECAs, bid at the Pricebenders Penny Auction, promote Wave 3, play the Zebra Games, etc.
6. Stay focused and do SFI & TripleClicks tasks seriously and actively.

With conviction, I can say to myself, “I will be a Gold Team Leader this month of January 2015; and soon to be a Platinum. . . . the path that would lead me to the DIAMOND!”

What is the best incentive to offer new affiliates? This is a thought provoking question that made me figure out what to do differently with my SFI business this 2013.

After much thinking, I concluded that the best incentive that we can give to new affiliates is to be the best SFI sponsor that they could find. Offer them three (3) things: Service, Guidance, and Rewards.

1)Exceptional and Personalized Service

* Work with our new affiliates closely to help them to get started right.
* Develop strong Sponsor-Affiliate Relationship built on trust and confidence.
* Send new affiliates important links such as https://www.sfimg.com/Training/GeneralTraining to find important information about program overview, getting started, etc.

2)Be a Knowledgeable Sponsor/Guide/Mentor

* Be better prepared to support new affiliates by spending more time reading and learning as much as we can about SFI. Read the Homepage, SFI news, training manuals, and any articles or blogs about SFI. Participate in the SFI forum and Ask SC.

* Build our credibility in terms of availability and reliability when they need help or guidance. Provide them our email address, contact numbers, Skype ID, etc.

3)Incentives/Rewards/Recognition

* Reward and support our new affiliates with Gift Certificate/ TCredits/ PSAs Re-assignment
* Create contests and challenges
* Give recognition to our performers and movers

How can we sell SFI opportunity without overselling? Simple! NEVER SELL, JUST SHARE! Present SFI opportunity with all SINCERITY and CONVICTION. If you truly believe that SFI is the best business opportunity that has ever evolved on the net and that your SFI earnings could really provide your loved ones the solid future you would like to give them, no selling is required to convince your PSAs to seriously do SFI.

Every time you present the SFI opportunity, tag along AIDA with you. With AIDA, you Arouse the Interest and the Desire of your prospects to Act positively by signing- up with SFI, accomplishing all actions listed in their To-Do List or VP Ledger, and aiming to be one of the best SFI affiliates in the history of SFI. But you can’t do AIDA, if you don’t know SFI by heart.

Since knowledge is power, let the power of information propel you to become one of SFI’s best Affiliates/Team Leaders that you can be.

SFI provides us the information and tools necessary to equip us with the skills and powers we need to build a growing and successful business. Read and learn everything about SFI. Read your homepage, news, forum, any articles or blogs about SFI, etc.

The more knowledgeable and skillful you become as an SFI Affiliate or Team Leader, the more effective you become in implementing AIDA in your SFI presentation. Hence, you will definitely be able to present SFI without “overselling”.
