I don't have time to do free advertising. What are the best paid advertising options?

The best paid options are the ones that give you the biggest return for your money. All of them start off inexpensive but the longer you stay the more you pay. This is 2 fold. First of all, an ad is only going to pull well for so long until it needs revamping. This is the reason for a split test with ad groups. The more platforms you experiment with the better off you will be. They all have basically the same layout but different algorithymns. They have different features and functions as well. Finally, all of the PPC exchanges do what they do because it is highly profitable. You will spend hours tweaking ads just to find that they don't pull as well as the original. My advice: find the ones that offer a discount to open an account. Open as many as you think you can fund. Set up your best campaign and get help from a support specialist as they are eager to work with new accounts. Once you have them all set up. Point them all to the same gateway as enjoy the spoils as long as you can. Whenever it becomes cost ineffective, discontinue using the accounts. If you plan on doing ppc for the long haul then you really do need to turn it over to a certified professional.

What is your best way to motivate your downline?

The best way that I have found to motivate my downline is to offer gift certificates. Be sure the gift certificate is appropriate for the occasion. I always match the achievement with the gift certificate. I had a CSA make 3 milestones in 1 month. That CS hey I got a 50 dollar gift certificate from me. Talking about motivation, that would almost give sight to the blind!
I will say this. Don't start something that you can't follow up with. If you're having a contest and you're going to give 10 bucks then give 10 bucks. Trust among your affiliate is hard earned. But once you have it the sky is the limit! - Aiming Higher & Dreaming Bigger! - Wilg

Which is the best option to qualify for EA each month & why? For example IAHBE, S-Buider or any other option?

The cheapest option is always the best. You don't have to set a standing order. Whenever you achieve 1500 versa points you will become an EA. If your were going to set a standing order, I'd go with the IAHBE because it will help you learn how to market your SFI business. This is paramount to larger commissions. Finally the most important thing to remember is regardless of how you get those versa points you need 1500 versa points every month without fail. This guarantees you commissions for life for the Executive Pool as long as you keep your EA status.

How can I earn the VersaPoints I need to maintain the rank of BTL every month?

This is a good question that has a simple answer. According to the compensation plan you earn 2000 VPs from sales/purchases. There are 492 VPs available from action tabs. That gives you 2492 versa points. If you participate actively in Ask SC you can win 300 VPs. Now you are at 2792. Assuming you get all of your daily actions done you can pick up 50 VPs from the Daily Grand. This gives you 2842. If you have 2 active EA2s you will earn 200 VPs and now you are a BTL. There are a 1001 ways your points could add up. The cheapest way is to recruit 30 active EA2s and you will make BTL as long as they maintain their EA2!

What makes a good and proficient leader in SFI?

To become a good and proficient leader in SFI one must be in touch with his/her downline. Listen to their concerns. Answer their questions. Guide them along the path they choose to build a successful SFI business. Of course, you must lead by example. But everyone is not tech savvy or marketing savvy. So put yourself in their shoes. What do you expect from your upline? Go and do the same for yours and you will do just fine.
What would be a good e-mail to send red flagged affiliates to get them active in SFI again?

An excellent email to send to those inactive affiliates is one that will grab their attention!
Here's the one I use:
Greetings!
According to my records you have earned less than 600 versa points in the past 90 days. According to your SFI affiliate agreement your account will be closed for inactivity. As such this means that you should:
1. Log in everyday and earn daily log in versa points.
2. You must accrue 600 versa points in a rolling 90 day period.
3. You should stay in contact with your sponsor.
4. You should set a standing order worth 1500 versa points and automatically qualify for commissions from the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
5. You should strive to attain and maintain at least an EA milestone.
6. You should actively participate in at lest 4 auctions per month.
I have missed you over the past months and I have not heard from you. What must I do to help you make the most of your SFI business?
If I do not hear from you very soon your SFI affiliate account could be deleted! You will lose all of your potential commissions and you will not be able to prove the validity of this business.
Just recently, I receive an email from the corporate office letting me know of commissions held in my account. I want to see you earn some commissions too.
Therefore, resolve to stay with SFI and start one day at a time with your launch pad training. Study each day carefully and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to let me know via email. I will be glad to assist.

If you lack the computer skill then you can always learn if you try. But if worse comes to worst then just tell them to ask someone close and they will be glad to help. Where there is a will there is always a way made.

You should always include a "thank you" in every post and then give your team direction based on your best experiences. Your leadership page should have all of your tips and strategies that you are using daily to achieve SFI success. Speak from your experience and let your team know that you have been where they are and that you are interested in getting them where they want to be. Build into their dreams and invest into their business such expertise that they will love and appreciate your support. Without good leaders, there will be no followers - be a good leader.

I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

Anytime some one reaches out to you, you should do your best to help them. It's only fair to ask if they have tried to reach their sponsor/co-sponsor. If they have but have not gotten a satisfactory response then kindly ask them to send you their affiliate number to your business contact email so that you can add them to your contact list. This way they have opted to receive email from you and you can't be accused of cross solicitation. Otherwise, you may help them just to have their sponsor write SFIMG and say that you are trying to steal their affiliates or benefit from them in someway. Cross solicitation is not tolerated in SFI using SFI tools so get the email contact on your contact list and keep your account from being CLOSED!
