Affiliates do experience difficulty to gain an Executive Affiliate status every month since there are few free VPs one can earn doing the routine daily tasks. One can only maintain the status if he would engage himself on their income generating activities and can afford to have a Standing Order. As we view the rate of sign-up, the growth is voluminous.
While SFI Affiliates provides a complete internet home-based internet training for free, only a few of the new sign-ups continue to grab this opportunity of learning for free. This does not give a good image for all of us who are affiliates of SFI.

I think we have to focus on reading, reviewing and understanding the 3 Ultimate Basics Plan. In any race, there is always a starting point. Learning the 3 Ultimate Basics Plan is the starting here in SFI. Focus ourselves on the 3 Ultimate Basics Plan for us to be "a great mentor" to people we invite to join us.

There is one common purpose why we and our downlines join SFI: "To earn income to uplift our standard of living."

How can we be a great mentor to people we recruit if we ourselves do not know how to earn?
Monetary earnings will follow if we have mastered the 3 Ultimate Basic Plan and pass on what we have learned to our downlines.

It is true that there are thousands of SFI affiliates doing the same thing and seemed difficult to stand out from the crowd. With the number of enrollee per day, there come out a E365 Class Champion who has out smarted his/her class batch.

I started looking for older generation and viewed the E-365 Hall of Fame. I did it on purpose to know whether they were able to continue, made their business in SFI successful and why I do not see most of their names in the current list of Top Leaders in SFI.

Anyone who read, reviewed, understand and carefully followed the guidelines per Getting Started Training Page (https://www.sfimg.com/Training/GeneralTraining) and Affiliates Tips (https://www.sfimg.com/Training/AffiliateTips) would find it easy to earn personal Versapoints to qualify as Executive Affiliates every month and continuously conducted an advertising campaign would be able to build a number of affiliates in the team.

Our goal should not stop on just earning personal VPs, we have the responsibility to train or mentor, answer the questions and support people whom we have recruited the best we can and share what we have learned which most of us failed on this aspect.

Only a few of the Class Champion who have out smarted their batchmates are Master Mentor to their downlines. This is the reason why they were able to build their business successful and are PTLeaders.

Leadership is the ONE THING that has made the difference for me in succeeding with SFI.

I am lucky to be awarded with a Prestige Domain, won 100 PSAs, with 7/24 system support, successful mentors to guide me, got the effective marketing and advertising tools, free ads hosting sites that are needed to succeed. There is nothing more to ask for.

Using these in the right way, I am far ahead from anyone. I would earn money that will give freedom on financial difficulties on my free will and at my own free time.

The success of our business with SFI depends upon our personal involvement with the business.

These are the pointers I did consider:

1. Mindset and Individual Determination
The way we think defines what we want to get out of life. Why would we think of small things if we would spend the same energy thinking of big ones?
