Even though there is a difference between Tcredit and Tcurrency both are similar in purpose.
1. They have purchasing power.
2. They are SFI online currency.
3. They can be used as an exchange outlet e.g you can convert a PB item won into Tcredit, likewise Tcurrency. You can use Tcurrency as an exchange in an ECA store.
4. Both are sold at Tripleclicks.
The differences?
1. Tcredit is majorly produced and owned by Tripleclicks while Tcurrency is sold to Local pay merchants by Tripleclicks.
2. Tcredits can be gotten for free e.g Eager Zebra games, PTP, T TIME, T Machine but not Tcurrency.
3. Tcredit can only be sold by Tripleclicks and not ECA store while Tcurrency is majorly sold by Local pay merchants. You've to pass through a Local Pay Merchant before you can get it.
4. You can use Tcredit for member listing and not Tcurrency
5. You can use Tcredit for Auctions, games and not Tcurrency.
6. Tcredit can be used alone while Tcurrency has to be converted before it can be used.
7. Tcredit has a SVP or AVP when bought while Tcurrency doesn't have such.
8. You can use MRP to purchase Tcredit while you use money to purchase a Tcurrency.

Which one to choose is to know the advantages and disadvantages of each. Most people don't know what Tcredit is and its usefulness. Tcredit is not a worldwide online currency. It is just stipulated to SFI only, so new affiliates will not know the real value of the Tcredit, so may not really go for it.
But Cash welcome, they'l love it. Dollar is a universal trading currency in the world ad people know the power of the Dollar in their own currency.
Since everybody knows about the dollar, they'l love to go for it. Like Pavlov said, 'Reward is a great stimulator for a desired action'. This he experimented with animals and got it and came with the theory.
Yes, the cash may not be returned once it is issued yet it can yield great result as well.
I used this concept in my advertising campaign and i had a good response.
The Cash Welcome is a great risk that takes the strong in business to do. Risk takers are few but they are the most successful.

i've been brain storming over this question myself. I asked it in the forum and i was told to ask in the Ask Sc.
The conclusion i'd was this:
1. I weigh the two and which one favours me?
2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the two?
3. Which one was easier to recruit?
I realized that if i focus on recruiting PRMs alone, what will be my final commission? To recruit PRMs, you've to sell something. So i pick products i'l love to promote and i checked the DC attached to them it was little e.g promoting PureThermo Burn will fetch me $2.76. To really make money' i'l need to gather at least 10 PRMs or more.
So i realized that most people may not want to buy and to find an active customers is a bit challenging. I've over 20 PRMs, but all have not visited my store.
Also, i realized that most people will love to buy their items offline and they'l need extra money for shipping costs.
So i realized that recruiting PSAs is better and favours me better.
I also realized that people are in need. They want a better life, better standard of living, coming out of debt etc and they'l gladly embrace SFI than people who want to buy online. Most people only buy items online when it is difficult to purchase offline.
Just today as of this writing , one of my new recruit sent me this commitment message, 'Thank you for showing me this opportunity'. I was touched.
Since i started this business, i've never had the kind of results i've ever had in having active PSAs. 99.5% of them are active and they are 14.
I realized that it is easier, faster and simpler to recruit PSAs and besides have much take home cash.
Most of my active PSAs are eager to become fast trackers, becoming EA2s by God's grace next month is to elevate me into a new rank with more income.
12 EAs= 1,200AVP for me plus matching vp.
I realized also that i gain much more recruiting PSAs because they can build their team and that will be to my favour plus they'l keep purchasing to maintain their rank thus extra income for me.
So i come to this conclusion that i'l focus 95% of my energy on recruiting PSAs and use the remaining 5% to recruit PRMs, just to make the extra vp and cash too without investment.

My best suggestion would be to go for that can create the other in its process e.g you can't use an S builder co op to buy Tcredit, but you can use Tcredit or MRP to purchase an S builder. With just 160Tcredit or 4,564 MRP, you can purchase an S builder.
Tcredit would be the best because it has a multifaceted usage such as:
1. You can use Tcredit as a purchasing power like i explained above.
2. It can be used to play EZ games and earn free Tcredit when one wins. I've won up to over 150TC from games alone and as afforded me of requalification without investment.
3. It can be used to bid at a PB auction where one can win, resell and make more money in the process.
4. It can be exchanged for an MRP when used and the MRP can be accumulated to purchase items at TripleClicks as well e.g like the example i gave above. This reduces cost.
5. It can be used as a gift for hardworking downlines.
6. Via the PB auctions, the Tcredit can be used to build a team via the bid and build program. Team building is possible thus and the new recruits come in after a maximum of 5 days unlike the S builder that comes in after 3-4 weeks.
7. When Tcredit is used, action versa point is awarded as well which adds up to one's income and the Executive pool and one's rank.
8. It can be used to list and sell our fairly used items.
9. Used to download songs of the month.
10. Participate in the song of the month as an Artist with just 1 Tcredit.
Tcredits are unlimited in usage while S builder is limited in usage.

2. Refresh them with what made SFI the best and to discuss with them the recent income development just instituted by SFI. This will gear them into action, as these developments are irrestistible.
3. Give them motivational messages on the importance of having values in business and sticking with them.
4. Share my dream that i have for my team to them and the stipulated time to achieve them using the DD plan as an incentive.
5. Share my success story so far and my present status as a DD invitee with its pay pack and i thank my sponsor for it.

1. Sales Versa Points

This is because
1. It is SFI's innovation to build their affiliates business. Not utilizing this feature is forfeiting SFI's plan for you to grow a lucrative and successful business.
2. You have an opportunity to relate better with people from your country and perhaps culture and language thereby building a team spirit of togetherness.
3. A cordial and mutual relationship can be built amidst you and new exchange CSAs thereby making them trust you resulting in them being active.
4. With good communication now, you have the chance of making these new CSAs active which is good business for you.
5. You'l be able to explain how SFI/Tripleclicks work better and how your new CSAs can maneveur their business and grow it.
6. You'l be able to support them better and thus help them to grow their business without much relying on you with time.
7. The language barrier is virtually broken thus creating a good atmosphere for communication.
I received a letter recently from a Nigerian exchange CSA asking information on how to be active in the business. I mean, i was happy and i responded immediately.
The new exchange CSA Program is to relieve our frustration or challenge in dealing with inactive CSAs and i wouldn't want to miss it for the world.

To answer your question, i divide my tips into 5 different sections because it summarises in whole what SFI is all about and how to get them on a good start.
What are those sections?
1. Welcoming Section:
This talks about welcoming them to SFI and to my team and that, it is not a mistake that they came to SFI.
2. Purpose Section:
Here i share with them the essence of being in SFI and that through SFI they can fulfil their financial dream and whatever purpose they came for.
I also share with them my earnest desire to help them fulfil their dream and purpose that together we can achieve it even though it may not come easy or overnight, but we'l surely get there with hardwork, diligence, determination and patience.
3. SFI System Section:
Here, i show them how SFI works, showing them the Ultra 3 Simple Steps and what they are to do:
A. Be an Executive every month and maintain it.
B. Raise 5 active people
C. Teach them to do numbers 1&2.
4. Getting Started Section:
