For building a Team on SFI:
The main investment for free going in SFI affiliate is Time. Every day at least 2 hours to promote the gateways on Traffic exchange sites, Forums, PPC - pay per click sites and PTC - pay to click/or PTV - pay to view sites/ and personal or online meeting with prospects for business /warm or cold market/. That makes 3 hours per day, every day if the person works full time as I do. If the person doesn't work full time, the time investments grows to 6 hours. This way the new affiliate can see results in the next three months.
The other investment is Money. I use this, because my time isn't enough for everything I do regarding my businesses. At first the new affiliate should invest around $10 for buying sign ups or for renting affiliates on PTC sites like neobux.com for example and they will promote the SFI gateway. After that investing goes up to $30, $50 or far more. The results aren't for granted, but in my experience I can share that in 5 months I had results for active people with my monthly $15 investment. Now I invest more, because I have higher commissions.
For Sales on Tripleclicks:
The main investment for free going in new sale person is again the Time. Every day at least 2 hours to promote the gateways on Traffic exchange sites, Forums, PPC - pay per click sites and PTC - pay to click/or PTV - pay to view sites/ and personal or online meeting with prospects for making purchases offers /warm or cold market/. That makes 3 hours per day, every day if the person works full time as I do. If the person doesn't work full time, the time investments grows to 6 hours doing the same things I already told. This way the new ECA can see results sooner.
The other investment is Money. At first the new sales person should invest around $10 for buying Tcredits to list her/his products. After that the person again should invest around $10 for renting affiliates on PTC sites like neobux.com for example, who will promote the ECA and Tripleclicks link. After that investing goes up to $30, $50 or far more. There is not guarantee for fast money, but for sure it will happen, because there is no other way.

Well, if he/she thinks this way, I will ask just two things "Then what are you doing in SFI? Is this a business for you or just killing time stuff?" 1 VP of day is vital for commissions in SFI. Every day there are 15 VP of daily actions and those points change into money which go to the pocket. If someone thinks that 1 VP is waste of time, that means for him/her SFI is a waste of time. The hardest work in SFI is to earn 3000 VP for BTL. EA2 status is just the first step toward success. 1 VP is the essence to become EA.

The both methods are great, but not everyone can do the both of them. Why? Because some people are shy others are more aggressive and so on. Personally I use online recruiting. Now I explain in my opinion and experience about the two methods.
1. Offline - I have made some presentations this way to my close people and I failed them all. A lot of people broke the relationships with me. But the human interaction was really qualitative. Before I make them a presentation of the business I built friendship with them. When the level of face to face communication is high, people can listen well and see the sparks in your eyes while talking about your business. After that it depends how strong is the bond between you and your prospect. Some gut the ties with you, some do not, but want you to stop the business talk. For the offline you need skills as open-mind, talkative, good self confidence and to know proper the business plan you're talking about. The talk face to face is always important and it's treasured because these days people seek attention and human interaction.
- Strengths: qualitative communication face to face and if you're confident enough and explain well people will join you at least because they respect you
- Weaknesses: If you lack self esteem people won't stay by your side anymore and they will cut the ties with you, because they will thing you will pressure them to do something that will take their money out of their pockets.
2. Online - you can reach a huge auditory, but that will cost you also a lot of time to break the ice in the relationships with them - e-mails, Skype, messages on different traffic exchange sites. You can make a presentation online or a replay and send it to the persons, but it's not sure they will watch it. When they did they can stop to talk with you or to change the topic if they don't want to join you. They will feel uncomfortable saying they won't join you, so even if they don't join your team, ask them delicate what they think about your presentation and of course share your story. In this online field you should have a blog and most important - to be an authority in certain niche. This way people will trust you more because they don't know you personally, but they see your online image that you should feed daily. Online targeting for sure will give you more followers but only if you prove yourself as leader and share interesting content.
- Strengths - large field of people you can reach, faster and easier way to share about your business without having the fear people will reject you as a person. Because they will not be so close to you as your "warm marketing"" of friends and family. But still if you're not confident enough in what you do and don't stand behind your words with actions, you will lose the people's attention
- Weaknesses - not qualitative human contact face to face, you don't know who is real person and who is a bot for example; you're not sure if the people saw your presentation.
In the end: I prefer online marketing because more people I reach more possibilities for building a great team even if it happens slower then with "warm market''. Offline communication face to face always beats the online because of the human interaction face to face. You should do it when you have a strong belief you're on your way and want to share it even if you risk losing contacts.

For sure is it worthwhile. Otherwise is kind of discrimination. English and internet experience are skills, which can be learned with the support of Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. I had a friend in my team, who didn't know how to make blog for example. Step by step he learned everything regarding internet. So, language it's not a barrier. On the site there is a translator. On Google is translator too. People, who don't know English or are with limited internet experience often are great communicators or do serious face-to-face business. If they aren't they can learn, but only if they want. So, Sponsor's and Co-sponsor's job is to teach everything they know to the team. It's like rising a baby or a flower if you prefer. But once again, this happens only if someone is sure SFI can benefit him toward his/her dream and wants to work toward achievement. And one more thing - SFI is Global. Everything is global in the Information era we life today.

Personally I would let him/her go, he/she already decided it. I am not a business martyr who should convince people, who don't want to work and learn to go on the path I'm already with others, who want to make things work for them. I always lead by example, share everything I achieved so far with my team and I also don't have a lot coming from my hard work and effort. So what? I can do the things work. Everyone can do it, but only if he/she has the will and persistence to do so. If not, everyone is free to go on his/her own path in life.I have already told my story to my team. Those who stand by my side prove every month they're serious about the business.They are my friends and those, who already left still are my friends. I always respond of questions, but questions are born with reading and learning.

For sure the best is own advertising, but in a discreet way or an original one, like a blog or something else. People should be creative regarding advertising. But it depends how much time has the affiliate to build his business /if he/she has other obligations/. Buying PSA is also good, but there aren't any guarantees that the people will join or be active. But some of internet viewers are ready to go into online business, when they find a good opportunity. The same goes also to the regular advertising. Personally I recently buy PSA. I don't have good results. Regarding my own advertising, I do it only to people who I know and show interest. Some joined, but didn't want to work.

It's good to say about your own mistakes and what have you learned from them. It shows you care and have walked a long way to be there where you are.

let me tell you that you're not a person who should make others to do something. If they don't do it, don't make yourself a martyr in convincing them about something is working. It's not worthy, because if you succeed to make them work, it will be a short-term thing. You can't motivate lazy affiliates, because they don't want to work and hope some money to fall from the sky without them doing something.
Now, pay better attention on the unmotivated affiliates. Here the communication is the key - what are their goal and story. This will make you see clear what exactly want they do and tell them if SFI can help them to achieve what they want. Everyone has a "why". Share your own reasons to be in the business first and ask delicate about the eventual reasons the person in front of you will have - spending time with themselves, their families, leaving their daily jobs that hate and etc.. This is the base you can use to say for example:
"I hate my job" - Well, here is answer like this "SFI gives you option to work from home and not with boss" or something like this
"I have loans" - here is quite delicate, but in general you can say something like this "If you make sales from Tripleclicks you can earn additional money that can help you to pay what you have to" or something like this. If the person's heart is open for you then you can find the reasons that can make this person more motivated without aggressive pressure, just a friendly suggestion.

Don't give up on your people, do what you do as a leader - be by their side not only in words but also in actions. Don't divide your team in Active and Inactive. Do what you should and think you have to do as a person, friend and mentor.
