What Information should I give new affiliates in my first email to them?

In my own welcome email, I introduce myself first and let them know who I am and where I am from, like which country. Then I introduce SFI and clarify that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme. I put this particular statement because I don't want the newbies to get a different idea of SFI. Thinking that they put in money today and will get double or triple next month.
This will obviously not sit well with a few people and will probably opt out but hey, at least they won't waste my time and effort.
Then I clarify that this business needs their time and effort just like any other businesses. Just because this is an internet business does not mean the effort we need to put in is any less than a normal storefront business. I know I sound a bit harsh here but I want my new affiliates to know what they are getting in.
And after all that, I assure them that I am here all the way with them. That I have an SFI training website that they can refer to for help. That they can email me anytime if they have any questions. That they can expect to receive tips and tricks from me in their mailbox on how to do the SFI business.
And usually, after sending my welcome message above, I follow up with an e-card with my first tip. It could be anything from suggestions on their monthly goals to not forgetting to click the 'V' at the top corner to collect their Getting Started VPs.

How do you get your affiliates to respond to you when you send them messages?

I don't actually expect my team to respond to my messages, unless they are really in trouble and need some help.
In my messages I try to give tips and tricks and reminders and all that. And if I see them logging in and doing all the tasks I am satisfied.
If I see them slowing down, I send another tip and reminder. Just by doing their daily tasks, I consider that they have responded to me.
I know that there are the inactive ones. For those, I send periodic teammails or e-cards in their local language. Simple messages about SFI and how to make money here. Some do respond by logging in. Some don't. I am happy with those who do and will try again with the ones who don't.

What is the best way to help people that want to get involved with SFI who do not have time to put into it but have money to invest?

The best way to help these people is to make them understand how SFI works.
What I mean is, these people have the money, but before they start putting money into SFI and expect to get double or triple back in the next month, they need to understand SFI first.
Just by putting money in doesn't guarantee returns. Because TripleClicks is our backbone and sales need to be made. And I said SALES not PURCHASES. Putting money in would guarantee you EA rank which guarantees you a share in the TripleClicks Executive Pool. But to earn more you will need to work on the other income streams SFI has established for us which are:
1) Direct Commissions
2) Co Sponsor Commissions
3) ECA Royalties
And to earn even more, you need to move up the rank, ie rach BTL, STL, etc. The higher rank means more matching VPs for more shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool. And this means time and effort to:
1) Advertise and build a team
2) Teach and support your team to build their own team.
Once you have your foundation strongly built, then only you can sit back and relax and see the money roll in with your minimum investment of a monthly Standing Order.

Should I be assisting new ECAs I've referred to set up their store and products? If yes, how best can I assist them?

Simple answer: Yes! Of course!
Look at it this way, "customer service". When your ECA sees that you help them during the initial stages, it gives a very good impression of TripleClicks and SFI as a whole.
You may feel that it is not necessary, especially if that ECA is a whiz at computers/internet stuff (unlike me), but offering is a crucial step to show your ECA what sort of affiliates we are. Helpful ones, of course!
And it is especially beneficial if your ECA is listing their product on the internet for the first time (meaning, no website of their own yet).
Now, to answer your How question. Show it on your smartphone. Or better yet, on your laptop (coz your know how small the pictures on the smartphone can be). With a smartphone though, you can snap a picture and upload it then and there as an example to show them. Or better yet, snap a picture of the required documentation and upload it to TripleClicks. Tell the ECA that once the approval email comes in, get back in contact with you and you'll show then how to upload products next.
Build a rapport, that is always best.

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

In my opinion, products that people would need to buy every month is the best bet. This is especially so if you're targeting affiliates from your own country because they can choose for local pick up and forgo the cost of shipping.
I know that some feedback indicate that the prices in TripleClicks are higher. Try to advise your ECAs to target for number of sales rather than how much profit they make per sale. Reduce their listing price a bit (meaning reduce their profit slightly), especially for products that people would buy often, like teas and coffees, diapers and facial tissues (haven't seen these listed yet), soft drinks and biscuits.
Target your local affiliates. Remember that affiliates will always try to look for something to buy in TripleClicks to boost their VPs from sales and reviews afterwards. The more "normal" products you have, the more potential it will be bought.

How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?

First you have to be able to get in contact with them. I find that usually encouragement is no issue once you built a rapport with them. Either through email, the SFI Chat feature, Team mail, Skype, etc. it doesn't matter.
If you don't establish contact, even if you offer to pay $20 for them to buy the NMP pack, they will not take you up on it because they don't bother to read their emails.
Once you have establish contact, it is slightly easier. Teach them the step by step. Show them the compensation plan and discuss where they feel they're comfortable to focus on. Once they realise that they can come to you to discuss, then you have the makings of a great affiliate.

How to explain to new affiliates the value of becoming a Fast-Track member?

Honest answer. I never talk about the Fast Track programme unless someone in my downline asks something directly to me. And when I answer their questions, I stress on the benefits.
Since the requirement is a sale or purchase worth 20 USD (which might be a large value depending on where you are and your exchange rate) some of your new affiliates might not afford it or don't have the experience to generate that much in sales because they don't know TripleClicks yet.
So I just tell them the benefits and ask them to evaluate thoroughly.
First you get 250 VPs. If you have stressed to them about collecting VPs then they will understand why this VP is a good thing for them since they will not have as much free VPs as they go along.
Then they get 30 free entries in the Daily Grand. The seniors will see how this is a good thing because you win many things in the Daily Grand that helps you in your business. But for a new affiliate with just 1 week of experience they might not see it. So you need to explain this one better.
Then they also get the Fast Track Bonus shares. This means that you will get 10% more shares from the TC Executive Pool. But there's a caveat in this. It means you have to be an EA before you can get the 10% extra. Hence you need to explain EA thoroughly to your new affiliates for them to understand what the 10% extra would mean to them.
Then ask them what they prefer. Selling or buying? If selling, then teach them TripleClicks and how to sell. How to promote the links and everything. If they decide they have enough to buy something, then promote them the NMP pack. Coz you get MRPs, TCredits, EZ Express Tokens and 30 free entries in the Daily Crown.
And guide them through the check out process. There is nothing more demotivating than wanting to buy something but having problems with the check out process.

How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

Well, first off, you do not need a credit card to become a Team Leader. That is not a requirement.
But you do need to collect the minimum number of VPs every months and it would be easier if you can buy something from TripleClicks. But please do not misunderstand, buying is never a requirement. Selling is.
But if you do want to buy something, you can use the TCurrency option within TripleClicks. This means that you pay an ECA through a local bank and that ECA will transfer the TCurrency amount that you bought into your SFI account. Think of it like a foreign exchange money.
But you can still reach Team Leader status with a little more effort. Advertise TripleClicks aggresively so that you will get PRMs who will buy stuff and the VPs from those items will be yours. Advertise SFI aggressively so you will get PSAs. Teach these PSAs the ins and outs of SFI and if they buy anything from TripleClicks you will get DC. From your income, you can reinvest into SFI
Tada!....no need for a credit card.

How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

By contacting them directly through their personal email. Although TeamMail goes to both your SFI inbox as well as the email that you registered with SFI, it is safer to assume they are having problems with SFI emails coming into their personal mail. If not, they should have received the authorisation email and the notification to change their password already.
Give them the same step by step action that you have done yourself to log back in to SFI. Alternatively, read the Forum and the SFI News to find out if there are other problems people are encountering that you are lucky enough not to have encountered. Forward solutions to those issues to your downlines.
And remember to explain to them that bad people are everywhere. SFI is not immune but SFI has the best support ever. And you yourself feel safe in this business. Be honest. Your downline will appreciate it.

You should welcome him or her just like any new affiliate. But remember to thank him or her for coming back, for giving SFI a second chance and with your help, he or she will discover that SFI will be all he or she needs.
Remind him or her that SFI is free. And the various income streams with SFI which he or she can choose to focus on.
Whatever you say, try not to sound like a reprimand for being away for so long. After all the past is the past and you do not know what has been happening in his or her life. What's important is today onwards you will help him or her to understand SFI and to succeed.
