The things to do are:
1. Personalize all communication; Always write all messages and newsletter using words and phrases that make it look personal. From your welcome letters, address the letter using their "first name". SFI has simplified this by using the formula "~FIRSTNAME~". This approach makes member reading your message feel valued as well as special.
2. Compliments; Always compliment them, individually, when they achieve any goal or milestone. For my new PSAs, I compliment then,via the instant messenger, when they achieve VP of 100, 500, and 1000. This will make an affiliate know he/she is valued and also part of a special team.
3. Reward; Create a reward system in building a team. People feel special and valued when rewarded. The gift item can be TCredit, PSA, Gift certificate or product within your budget.
4. Open communication; Create an open communication that they can reach you. Always end your correspondences with phrases that show "How to reach you".

Welcome E-Card is a follow up correspondence to a new affiliate. It is expected that the affiliate should have read your welcome letter. A good text can be as follow:

1. Visiting the ECA center daily
2. Advertising your product links on different advertising platforms (free and paid)
3. Send e-mail to 5-10 acquittances daily promoting your TC store
4. Share flyers or cards, with your TC link , to local stores and coffee shops in your neighborhood
5. Invite 2-5 friends, relatives or colleagues to your store daily
6. Check your mail, at least twice daily, to be able to act promptly to your correspondence
7. Check your product displayed daily with a view to see what your clients will be seeing and reading when they visit.

Attributes of a successful team should include the following:
1. Self belief- Believing in oneself is the beginning of success. If each and every member has this quality, the team will be successful.
2. Reading culture- A team that has members who read will definitely produce leaders. Reading is a habit that each member should have to grow their SFI business.
3. Determination- This is another important quality that every member requires to grow in SFI. The zeal to grow and be successful must be imbibe by team members. Despite the challenges, determination keep the person focus on the big goal.
4. Good work ethics- For the success of the team, it's essential for each member to develop this quality. The rate of achievements is proportional to a comprehensive and good working habit.

1. Obtain a payoneer master card- This cards has a lot of benefits for your SFI business. A good recruitment tool with friends, relatives and colleagues;
2. Purchase of PSAs- Subscribe to PSA To Go and S-Builder co-op is a wise investment. This will make duplication easy for you;
3. SFI apparels- Spend some of your earnings on SFI customized T-shirt, cap, key holders, car magnets etc. These items are good recruiting materials. Also, you earn VPs from buying and reviewing.

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?

You can learn to write well and communicate with your team by;
1. Read newsletters from SFI and your upline regularly. When reading, look out for ones you like or enjoy and study the style use. As a starter, you can edit such newsletter to personalize it before sending to your team.
2. Develop the habit of reading sample write-ups to learn more of writing well.
3. Visit "Tips", "Stream", "ASK SC" and "Forum" pages regularly to read posts of different affiliates. Doing this will expose you to different styles as well as enrich you vocabularies.
4. Develop your skill of writing well further by reading newsletters from other sources outside SFI.
All the above will be meaningful if you do writing practice regularly. Start the practice by writing to your team once a week, at least. Do post on your "Stream" page thrice a week. As you grow in your skill, contribute to this platform.

You can help by;
1. Always compliment them for their present feat and encourage them not to slow down. This will motivate them to do more.
2. View their "VP ledger" from your "mover page" to see any task he/she needs to do to move to the next level. Once, you see such task, communicate them immediately through instant messenger, PSA/CSA mailer, etc.
3. Education: Make it a habit to educate them of the benefits of getting to the next level. Never assume they know and don't wait for them to ask. Do this task through your weekly mails and E- cards that you send. Telling and reminding them will create their interest in moving to the next level.
4. Goals and reward: Set a goal to reach the next level with a reward. The reward must be within your budget, so that you can redeem when they meet your target. Never look at your reward as "small". It can motivate them.

To be able to lead a team that is in distress , as a leader, means starting from the basis. Since you recognise that team members are confuse, that place you in a vantage position to reorganise. Confusion can result from information overload, not keeping your correspondences short and simple, or possibly it is due to pressure from you on the team members.
The first step to rebuilding your team is to reflect on your past actions at communicating to each and all members of the team. Visit your welcome letters to new PSAs and CSAs with the aim of improving on them. Revisit all correspondences you sent via PSA, CSA and group Mailers for review.
Next is to read the newsletter on "How to be an awesome sponsor". Get the important tips in it and draw out a plan on how to apply them to your team.
Consult your upline team members for help. Explain your challenge to them and seek for advice. You can ask an upline member to assist in communicating to your team to boost their moral.
Finally, communicate with each team member so that you can understand the best way to convince them to believe in you and SFI vision again. Be patient in receiving criticism. Also avoid the blame game.
Doing the above and more will get you a better and vibrant team. Duplication will be your reward.

There are many mistake that can be made in the course of advertising. The biggest is false claim/promise.
This mistake is worst than others because it affects not only the advertiser but the organization and anybody related to it. In an attempt to get sign-up or/and PRMs, we should not make an advert that holds false claim/promise. For the time is short for the truth come out/known.This mistake will make recruiting and sales difficult for the person. As this happens, it kills the person's business. Also, it will create a negative impression on the prospect about the company and all those working in the company.
We should endeavor to make our advertisements short, simple and sincere. It's a number game for prospects. A prospect might not like a product now, your next advert might be his/her desire. Let's always build trust through our advertisements. The benefits are numerous.
